AKU Marine and Gas Limited was established to significantly engage in the group marine operation, to this end, the company own and operate large fleets of offshore marine support vessels to boast its operation in the marine sector. The company principal activities includes offshore services vessels ownership and management, marine logistics provisions, operations and maintenance of barges and tugs servicing the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.

These vessels are operated by Atlantic Light Ltd and chartered to the oil & gas companies and contractors on a day to day basis to operate offshore activities mainly in the coast of Nigeria and West Africa waterways.
